To: All PMMA Alumni family and friends
Subject: Unauthorized Use/Display of PMMA, PMMAAAI and Bicentennial Logo’s for various merchandizes
It has come to the attention of our beloved PMMA and PMMA Alumni Association, Inc. that various individuals and groups presumably from among our ranks have taken the liberty to use and display our logos in various merchandizes, publications, events and fund-raising activities even without the knowledge and authority from the PMMA and PMMAAAI leaderships.
The governing board of both the PMMA and PMMAAAI wishes to remind everyone to observe the highest degree of decorum and accordingly avoid unauthorized use of the PMMA’s, PMMAAAI’s and PMMA Bicentennial logos in all enterprises, activities or events without due consent or approval of the PMMA and PMMAAAI leaderships. The PMMA and PMMAAAI Board have come to know of some merchandizes, publications and events with noble objectives and intentions for the benefit of the PMMA and alumni as a whole, but our collective efforts must be organized and synchronized to ensure that the use of our most revered logos are for legitimate enterprises, events and causes and must be given prior affirmative endorsement by the PMMA and PMMAAAI Board.
We expect your full cooperation on the subject and hope that from hereon, consent will be secured from the PMMA and PMMAAAI leadership before any group or individuals uses the aforesaid logos for legitimate purposes.
Thank you very much and hoping for your full cooperation and compliance.
Very truly yours,
COMMO JOEL Y ABUTAL
