2022 to 2023
ELECTION NOTICE
The PMMA Alumni Association Inc. Board of Directors Election for year 2022 to 2023 will be tentatively held on Saturday, 20th of November 2021. It is therefore time to invite nominations for the Board Members position.
ELECTIVE POST
The elective post for Board of Directors are THIRTEEN (13), while the other three (3) post are reserved for the ex-officio members – PMMA Superintendent, PMMAAFI President and PMMA GS Alumni President.
NOMINATION PROCEDURE
1. Any member in good standing maybe nominated by at least three (3) members in good standing using the prescribed form. Please click the link below for the requirements and other election paraphernalia. The forms may be submitted by post or scanned as an email to pmmaaai_info@yahoo.com.
2. Maximum of 2 nominees per class is allowed for nomination and the nominees must accept such nomination.
NOMINATION PROCEDURE
The candidates must be a member of good standing which means he/she must have paid his/her lifetime membership fee or annual dues up to date on the day of the nomination. The nominations will be vetted by the Election Committee and all eligible candidates will be notified.
ALL REQUIREMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE ELECTORAL COMMITTEE NOT LATER THAN NOVEMBER 15, 2021.
