About Us

The Philippine Merchant Marine Academy Alumni Association, Inc. is a non-profit organization. Its purpose is to foster, maintain and support a mutually beneficial relationship between alumni and the Academy. Our association sprung to life in August 1969. The founding group foresaw the need to consolidate efforts and work towards a common goal of brotherhood among its members and to uplift of standards of the marine profession by active involvement in shaping up of government policies affecting the maritime industry.
